Desktop Automation Loop Step

Hi Kapow community,

I'm currently struggling with the loop step.

1. I extracted the value
   
2. Created conditional (!contains(Title,"Baseline: Current Project")
   
3. Then Break once it found, "Baseline: Current Project"
   

Last, I want it to keep looping until the Baseline label change to something else then break and proceed to next step. 
But with the conditional expression I created I'm not sure what am I missing, it doesn't keep looping. 
What am I missing?
