Connect Oracle DB issues : Invalid number format for port number

I try to connect with Oracle 10 and got Invalid number format for port number error. 

Does any face the same issue and how to set up the connection URL template. 

As I research I try to change the URL in MC configure from / to : but doesn't solve the issue.

Hi everyone , please some advice to connect Oracle database in Kapow with information below on this : 

1. Host Name : jakarta14a 
2. port : 1521
3. service name : Tableview 

my problem is how to full fill Design studio local database form  and is must be install ojdbc.jar or not . I have try to full filled  Design studio local database form and did test connection but i have bad result and error with notification " IO error invalid connection string format, a valid format is "host:port:SID" in my case i don't have SID but ihave service name , please help me . Thanks
