Device status showing as reserved

Hi All,

I have developed a robot using the Device automation. When i run the robot from the design studio it is working fine, but when i tried to run it from the Management Console the Device status is showing as "Reserved". Initially the device status is Available after running the Robot, the status is changing to "Reserved". 

Please help me to resolve this issue. 

I am using 32 bit JRE in the DA machine and JAB is enabled.

Hi,

You have to close the robot in DS before you start it on the device.

If the robot is open in DS, it is connected to the device so the status shown in MC is Reserved or In Use.
