    Robot status 'Acquired' in Management Console Empty Robot status 'Acquired' in Management Console

    Hi everyone,
    We are using Kofax RPA 10.6.0.2
    We have successfully developed the robot and works perfectly fine from Design Studio however when robot gets called through a Web Service the task appeas as 'Acquired' and does not progress.

    Any advice?

    I run the robot in MC ->repositories->robots.
    The task is also ' Acquired'
    What can be done?
