Management console not starting

Hello All,

Getting following error upon starting Design Studio:

"The Management Console did not start in a timely manner."

My version - 9.5.5

Hi,

The issue is the management studio is not started properly, means the roboservers are not started.

Which Operating System you are using?

The version 9.5.5 is newly installed or upgrated the previous version?

please attach the screen shot for the window, it will help us to solve problem.

If you are using Linux some time shows this error due to Java file missing

Hello Shyam,

Thanks for your reply! I figured out that default 50080 port got used up by another service. So I changed the port for Kapow and Mgmt console opened up fine, but Design studio didn't. Not sure if port value had to be updated else where.

But post weekly server reboot, port 50080 became available so I switched back to it and voila! Everything started to work again!

(I had attached the image in my last post, not sure why it didn't show up)
