    Hi,

    I am trying to use OCR capabilities with Kapow using 10.3.2.

    I have installed Document Transformation Service.
    and i am trying to configure websites for Transformation Service and Thin Client Service using web.config file for IIS web service.

    I am unable to connect to website as i am getting error "Server Error in '/' Application"


    Can anybody help me out with the step by step process to install OCR and how to use OCR with Kapow 10.3.2?

    Hi Tejaswini,

    I would like to know where did you get the insatllable for DTS? Is it something which comes with version 10.3.2 by default or we have to get one separately?

    we need to install DTS (a separate install-able is provided).

    Ok Thanks, Can you please also let me know if DTS has to be installed in Virtual machine or desktop machine where DAS has been installed? or we have to install it in machine where design studio is available?
    or in a separate server. Please guide.

    Hi Khadar,

    It is advisable to install DTS in a separate Virtual machine.

    Once the configuration is successful from your end, Please share with us the configuration steps.
