Error on step View as Excel.

I execute robot on DS everything is work fine, but when I execute on MC I got this message "Error on step View as Excel. This step works on a preview"

Anyone knows cause of this?

Have you tried Open Excel?  Without knowing the previous steps or how you are working with excel it is difficult to give much help, but viewing excel and open excel are not the same steps.

Can  you elaborate on your process further?

My steps.

Load Page (Excel File path) --> View as Excel (Work fine on DS, Error On MC)

Then I tried

Load Page (Excel File Path) --> Extract to Variable --> Open Excel Variable  (Work fine on DS, Error On MC)

I'm not sure what I missing.

Check permissions and the path\filename.  If you "browsed" for the path\filename, it will load in DS, but not in MC.  You need to enter the path in the File Name of the Load File step
(example \\xxxxx\xxxxx\Kapow\Reporting\FolderName\SpreasdheetName.xlsx).

Also, check permissions.  If the file is on your local machine, MC may not be able to reach it.  The file needs to be in a location mapped to MC.

I found cause of this problem. MC cannot access map drive, so it cannot load file.
