HomeI know that when using Device Automation, Kapow has capability to input text in MS word or any text editor software. However, is it possible to edit or enter text in MS Word without using Device Automation.

It would not be possible to interact with MS Word without device automation, but it may be possible to use a Write File step output a txt file.
Add a Long Text Variable.
Use Assign Variable step to add text to the Long Text Variable. *
Use a Write File step to output the .txt file.
* It should be possible in the Assign Variable step to use html codes for formatting your text.

You can also write an RTF file, which is quite simple to define and the result is like DOCX file. You will write it in common robot with Write File, as jking wrote here.
