    SSL handshakes error Empty SSL handshakes error

    Hi,
    I'm working with 10.2 and the robot will load the website and key in information then click search. The robot will loop information from database and collect the search result.

    In Design and Debug mode my robot is working fine but when i run it on MC it will only work for the first record the rest will get SSL handshakes error.

    Please help for advice.

    Hi, 
    In DS, under Robot configuration settings-->SSL-->from the drop down have you selected the option for secure connection? Check whether you have selected "secure" or "not secure".

    Hello,

    You can also try the changing the HTTP User Agent drop dawn along with SSL/TLS.
