Load Web page error : Error code 500

using Kapow version : 10.1.0.2 43,
Trying to load a URL, Where after giving credentials in the internet explorer
able to load no issues.

When  i try to use the step : load page its throwing the

Error from the load page action.Error loading resources (url)
Error return code 500, info : Internal Server Error

Any idea why i am getting this error ?
