    Tree Mode Error Empty Tree Mode Error

    I am getting the below error of tree mode error when I'm trying to connect to Device Automation to access my Desk Top applications while my device automation is connected. Can anyone advice what may be the problem here please.

    Hi, can you show, what is the DAS icon in the task bar? BTW you should make it visible forever. Another, when you open the robot, everything is OK without any error? BR, Pavel

    Hi,
    the configuration of the device looks fine, but I'm missing the screenshot of the DAS icon in the taskbar on the device. And also says the robot an error, when you open it?
