Load page error

Hello,

I am trying to load the website using Kapow 10.3.0.5.The website is loading, but when I click on the "Trace" button,its showing the blank page.
I have attached the screenshot of the same.
Please help me out to resolve the issue.

Hi Chaitra,

In my understanding after clicking the button it hide the details, but you can extract information's from the HTML window. Else you just try to check the ignore styles option or change the web browser to classic mode.

If you are share the URL, will try and give you a proper solution.

Hi Chaitra,

The problem is when we are entering the Container number and click on Trace button, It shows a blank page first and after few times only shows the actual results. So the design studio is suddenly completing the execution and shows only the blank page. So here we need to change few settings in the click action step. Please see the screen shorts below.

Normal Page loading..
After click the Trace button only shows the blank page and there is no page changes for 500 ms.

Configure the Click Action step.
In the click action step we need to wait for complete the process.
Here we can use Page Stops Changing or Waited Fixed Amount of Time, Here I used second option and configure the waited time for 1000 ms. ( < 1000 ms is not working for this URL).

Now it shows the output page.
