Hi Tejaswini,
You need to login your mail in kapow and loop each tab (ie.Primary, Social, Promotions etc. based on your needs) and each rows (ie. each mail) and test the row based on the background color (depends), so you can identify its read or unread mail. Then you can test the particular sender.
After that you can do any operations like read messages in kapow/copy the content in word/ reply/ forward/default reply message and any other operation based on your requirements.
Please note that when we are login mail in kapow some of the browsers are not supporting, that time upgrade the browser or in configuration change the “Browser to Emulate” option
To set up the mail server on the server tab you will need to know the IP address of your server, ie: xxx.xxx.x.xx. The port is probably okay to use at the default value of 25. The user and password fields may or may not be necessary depending on your server's settings.
Using Send Email action step you can sends emails, Note that the email is not sent during execution in Design mode in Design Studio.
Message tab contains the properties that allow you to specify the message content, sender and receiver.
FROM Address specifies the FROM Address (sender address) of the email. The value can be specified in several ways using a value selector.
TO Address specifies the TO Addresses (receiver addresses) of the email. At least one To Address must be specified and if there are more than one addresses these has to be separated by commas. The value can be specified in several ways using a value selector.
CC Addresses specifies the CC Addresses (receiver addresses) of the email. These addresses are optional, but if more than one address is specified the addresses has to be separated by commas. The value can be specified in several ways using a value selector.
Subject tab specifies the subject of the email. The value can be specified in several ways using a value selector.

Message Type specifies the type of the message body, either text or HTML.
Thanks and Regards,
